MediaRoost is a social media startup serving clients in the CRM, sales, marketing and public relations industries. Founded in 2010 by two entrepreneurs who sold their company UniPress Software to Numara Software in 2006, MediaRoost focuses on bridging Twitter to the service desk so that organizations can proactively manage social media conversations.
Based in Metuchen, New Jersey, MediaRoost developed TweetRoost, an enterprise Twitter management tool. Unlike other solutions, TweetRoost enables users and groups to manage one or more Twitter profiles and includes enterprise functionality such as roles, permissions, internal communications, message threading, scheduling and a permanent tweet archive.
In 2011, MediaRoost tapped Springboard to assist with product strategy and development, messaging and positioning, and the company’s launch of TweetRoost.
